Estate Sales RULES

J.W.C. SALES follow these principles:

1. No ITEM WILL BE SOLD BEFORE THE SALE STARTS

2. Buyer is responsible for the removal of items once purchased

3. Entry to the home may be limited for the1st hour to prevent overcrowding and for security. Prices are negotiable to a limited extent

4. Use this website to preview items.

5. Doors will open  at the stated time, not before.

6. Cash only (checks with ID).

7. Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them.  Items are sold "AS-IS".

REMEMBER:     “ALL SALES FINAL”
